The pressure type water immersion test box is mainly used for outdoor enclosure, outdoor lighting, household appliances, communication products, signal devices and automotive lamps and other products for enclosure protection level test (IP waterproof rating test).

The test box is designed and manufactured according to GB4208\IEC60529 "Enclosure Protection Grade (IP Code)", and is suitable for electrical products with a second waterproof test with feature number 8 (IPX8). This equipment meets the IP protection level IPX8 test requirements.

The IPX8 diving test device meets the standard requirements:

EN60598, IEC60529-2001, GB4208-2008 (IPX8)

 

1. Pressurized container: stainless steel tank, 0.6 m in diameter and 1.2 m in height.

2. Pressure adjustment range: 0~0.35MPa.

3. Pressurization mode: compressed air is automatically pressurized.

4. The pressure gauge has an accuracy of 0.25 and a range of 0.6Mpa.

5. Test time: 0-99H.

6, the maximum limit pressure: 0.6MPa.

7, open the cover: cylinder

8, pressure protection: pressure switch protection.

9. Connect with water supply equipment with 3/4′′ high-pressure steel hose.

10. Simulation test depth: 1-30 meters.
